Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: Delivery times vary by destination and may take longer depending on customs and local postal services.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or high order volumes.
Multiple Shipments
Because our products are sourced from multiple suppliers, items purchased in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Carlentra is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at carlentraco@gmail.com. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at carlentraco@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to help locate your package and assist you with the next steps.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review your claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
